thanks for th photos pookydarts, they helped alot. I have just used a schrader an drilled a hole and expoy-ed it in place from the inside out. the epoxy is quite thick so im hoping it wont blow out when its dry :? anyway thanks foall the help fella's ill set up a new thread in the showcase whe its f...

haha yeah i know that... but my 2 layers comprise of, 40mm pvc and an endcap, how do i put it through both without them being stuck together?

what if the fill valve is at the end of a chamber that is like, 80cm long and 40mm pvc?

thanks for the help, one last question, when you installed your valves with epoxy, did you drill the hole, then push the in from the outside and epoxy around them or do it form the inside out?

the threaded ones are the ones im after... how would i install an un-threaded one to a pneumatic spudgun?

EDIT: oops sorry didnt read the whole thing properly.... would epoxy be alright for a gun going no higher than say 120 psi?

this is mad! one question tho..... if i was to use a 1 inch modded sprinkler to pilot this gun, what would the valve coefficiency, seat diameter, open time, dwell time and dead volume be?

First Pneumatic

I am looking to build my first pneumatic some time soon. what i am am thinking is this: a 40mm golf ball gun with a modded sprinkler valve. It will have a 1m long barrel will be an over/under design. I am not sure on the length of the chamber yet, but i want it to be the same diameter as the barrel....
