Ideas on sealing a magazine tube?
Hey everyone, I recently finished building my first pneumatic but have ran into a bit of a problem. The pictures below show my magazine setup. The toothpaste cap sits over an aluminium tube (kinda hard to see) which sits inside the resin block. The cap fits pretty snug over the tube so there isn't m...

Thanks Gun freak! Its orange just incase it comes into the eyes of the police (I've got some narky neighbours). That way it doesn't look like a replica, more like a training aid. Probably unnecassary but I dont really mind. I can always turn it into tiger stripe! The resin block took some tweaking! ...

Thanks fellas! Hawktalk: it was a roller ball 3way valve off eBay. I took off the roller and made a flat pad out of sheet steel and screwed it onto the arm of the 3way. The extra length gives more leverage to give an easier trigger pull. Labtecpower: I might up the pressure but at the moment I don't...

My first build - Styer Inspired
Hey guys, So here is my first pneumatic rifle. I did quite a lot of reading on here and decided to do a decent job first time round. Basically I initially wanted something very simple but decided to add the mag for ease of use. Its taken a while to complete but its finally done (almost... just waiti...

sorry about the lack of pictures explaining but, I use a sliding bolt to simply interrupt the flow of ammo going into the chamber(spring fed). that way you simplify your design and don't have to engineer a sliding breech. I use ~16mm marbles in 17mm copper pipe and the bolt is position so that it; ...

loving the stock "aug" by any chance Yeah it is an AUG, it'll look a bit better once its shaped and painted etc but that be done soon! JSR: I initailly had a problem with it due to connecting the intake/pilot the wrong way around but now its fine. The black plate that you can see on the bottom leak...

Bolt action / mag feed query
Hey guys, I've attached a rough plan of how I'm planning to incorporate a semi-auto, bolt action-style mag feed into my rifle I'm currently building. Its a simple 3-way + QEV setup. Essentially it would function by moving the slide forward and the spring pushing the round up and into the barrel. Whe...

Legend! Thanks jackssmirkingrevenge!! Your first post sorted the firing side of things i think. I'll have to double check that later but I feel like such a gronk now haha. I think i just had the A and R around the wrong way! I'm still not sure about the position of the ports though but I think that ...

Quick 3 Way question
Hey guys, Below is a picture of my 3way. The blue path shows airflow as is and the red path shows airflow when the button is depressed. The QEV is connected to R. From what I've read and seen in other builds, the air should pass through from A > P as is, then P > R when the button is depressed. I ha...
