almost busted my head open by my eye today when i was drilling a hole for my spud gun and the bit stopped and the battery part came flying around and hit me in the head really hard.

Ouch! Hope you are okay! And I hope it doesn't leave any lasting damage to your eye or skin tissue.

I think that Brain Damage was most probably there long before that incident, after all he is a fellow spudder!!

I was drilling a hole in a piece of wood with a 7/8" butterfly bit at high speed when the bit grabbed my gloves I was wearing and crushed my hand. Not much damage except pain the rest of the day.

I was drilling a regular hole in the side of a coupling, and it bit when it got halfway through and spun the drill slamming into my hand. Blood blister on the back of the hand hurts. The entire drill and bit came out and sliced the nail/ring finger on my left hand.

I dont really get it... if he has brain damage is he not supposed to be able to read that? I dont know I'm a little slow which really surprising me because i just made a pneumatic arm and well... I think i have ADD but not when it comes to spug guns!!!

You mean in a cleanout cap? So the igniter is at the back of the gun or are you drilling through two layers of PVC where the end cap joins to the chamber? Because its not recommended to stick the igniter in the back of the end cap
