Hey All,

I have a question about making custom parts for my next gun.

I don't have the tools to make beautifully machined aluminum, and was wondering if anyone has made molds and poured the Bondo fiberglass resin into it for parts? And by parts, not so much handle grips and exterior things, but custom connectors or other gun elements where the psi is actually a force on it.

If so, What did you use for the mold and what did you apply to the mold to keep it from sticking to it? I read the bondo has the psi strength, but would love to hear more from the forum on it.

Thanks.
