Here is a new bolt-less piston design i thought of when my other piston wouldn't work. Also used this kind of piston on my marble gun. Its about a 3" piston that fits in 4" sch40 pipe. I used epoxy ( lots of it to make it extra strong) to glue a washer to the 3" pipe which is in the coupler. Then a whole bunch of epoxy to glue the neoprene to the washer. To make sure the air wouldnt tear the neoprene off i put a ring of epoxy around the neoprene at the front. and in the hole in the washer. Ill post the cannon im using this piston in later after i get a decent pilot valve. (instead of a ball valve, i dont like ball valves to fire my cannons)

That looks good, what kind of bumper are you going to use? Looks like it could bust your stuff up if you don't stop it from hitting the back. Concerns i have with mine are keeping from knocking the bumpers loose. With a steel piston, that would really worry me.

I'm using this piston in a coaxial like the pac 5 except longer chamber and barrel. So i'm not using a tee My bumper is that clear tubing. It's kind of stiff. Im also thinking of making a valve in a tee sort of like a supah or mauler, any advice to give would be great.
