As long as your hose ID is not smaller than your barrel ID, you are fine.

Your valve looks way bigger than you need.

Why not use some black iron or brass fittings?
And you will have a lot of constriction with your current setup/

the funny thing is the barrel will be 6mm and that picture was just to see if it would work to use air hose instead of a T

i using a 25mm t because iv alredy attempted in a 20mm t and it hasn't turned out very well due to the wrong fitting being available so im moving it up to a 25 were i know i can get wat i need and hopefully be able to get it working

It's going to open too slowly to get a good effect. Use a small QEV.

I know where you can get 1/4" 3/8" 1/2" and 3/4" QEVs in Aussie....

starting at $35AU for a 1/4"
