I'm pretty sure it does. How do you plan on making the mine?

It is a good fit.

Speculating here... You dont intend to fill the inverted cap with paint and shoot it via some triggering mechanism do you? If so, I would reconsider simply because that method seems as if something could be in the wrong place at the wrong time and get 'whacked' by high velocity PVC cap. Maybe a styrofoam cup? Im not really crazy about PB mines, but I suppose one could be made while not being a danger as far as players or bystanders.

i actually thought of making a paintball claymore with a tripwire that pulled a ball valve or something of the sort. that would be pretty cool

take a spraypaint can, take off the nozzle, stick a nail in the hole at the top of the can, burry it, and wait for some1 to step on that nail.

Cant talk to much right now but I have it all figured out, it is a coax set up with 2 directional nozzels, and the trip wire will pull a contact point and set it off.

Guys, a landmine is to dangerous, because it fires from much to close. Wy not make a boobytrap like the one i just have drawn realy fast :

Image

1 : tripwire : use wire for fisching, real thin, or any strong thin black wire will do
2 : apple tree (not my fault it grows there ;) )
3 : trigger system (it's enlaged in that circle, in case you didn't realise ;)
4 : your battery pack
5 : this is the tricky part : I dont know how you call such a thing in English, but it is used to hang up the laundry, and ist is made of wood. In the 2 parts that squeez together, you put (again, what is the english word ...) something like we call thumbnails (hope you understand) On each thumbnail you connect a electric wire, those red things. One goes toe your sprinkler valve, the orher goes to the battery pack. From teh batterypac you connect a wire to the valve also, to close the circuit.
In between the tumbnails you put a peace of plastic or wood, attached to the tipwire. When somebody trips it, that thing gets ripped away between the tumbnails, making contact, and firing the gun
6 : two wires go to the sprinkler valve
7 : barrel filled with paintballs (or whatever, flower will do greatly to :) )
8 : you pneumatic, sprinkler-valve-triggered spud cannon.

Guys, have fun with this ;) It is a great trap. I have used it before, but without the spudgun. (i attached a smokebomb. )

To use it the way I desgined it is...
1. pressureize it with 20-30 PSI
2. open fill thingy and fill with paint
3.Stake to the ground
4.put fire box next to it/were you want the wire to be
5.Run your trip wire
6.hook the wire up
7.sit with a sniper and wait
Ill try to get a pic of the desgin up today. I got some stuff to do. And I was going to use Crayola washable and non toxic paint. Mix with a little water.
