1" piston?

can anyone suggest an easy to make 1" piston? i dont have a lathe(curses) so i need something like an endcap that will fit inside 1"sch 40 pvc

you can make one out of hot glue, someone did that ill try to find the link

Yeah, hot glue works great, that’s what I’m using in my coaxial. What kind of gun are you making? I.e. caliber, valve type, although I’ve got a good idea, layout, etc.

im making a coaxial dart gun ( a variation on this one www.spudfiles.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2122&) its gonna be 3/8 barrel by 18" and the chamber is gonna be 1" by 12-13". its going to have 2 sights( design in process) and its going to fire my sooper(hehe i said sooper) awesome darts. un fortunately my dads comp isnt working ( we both have macs, but his is intell and the pc side crashed) so i cant ggdt it, but i used the thing on the internet and it shouls get 200-300 fps. and the piston is piloted by a modded sprinkler.

my master plan is to make 2 of them and sell one to my friend and get enough money to buils a nice rifle using a qev.

however as prof. Amadeus asked isnt the hot glu piston a bit heavy? mine is not going to be super high powered, and i was thinking of an endcap inside of the chamber for a piston.if you have a lighter one ill take it, or if the glue one is light enough...
