I'm looking for one of those burst disc you see on the CO2 and HPA valves. You know, the small hex head that are 1/8NPT (I think). I see them all over the place that are 1.8k to 7.5k PSI, but none in the 400 to 500 PSI range. I've found regular popoff relief valves in 300 PSI in both 1/8 and 1/4 NPT, but I'm looking for something nice and compact like these burst discs.

Anyone know of a place that sells them for $10 a piece like they do the 3k versions?

take a regular 3000 PSI burst disc, pop a hole in the disc with a center punch and glue some layers of aluminium foil over the original disc and test till you get the pressure you want

I don't think those are servicable: http://www.dxspaintball.com/dl/SERV_BUR ... CEMENT.pdf

I think this will fit the bill: http://palmer-pursuit.com/cart/18-adjus ... -1153.html

From the manufacturer here:
Craig Palmer wrote:The Safety valve is basically a low pressure Stabilizer plunger built into a NPT fitting. 10-600+ psi... Accuracy gets a little sketchy above 600.

If they just don't make the non-servicable burst discs in that range (I love their compactness), I'll use the Palmer adjustable pressure relief valve. Thanks for the link.

I'm placing two 1/8 NPT ports in my pressure chamber: one for the relief valve and one for a bleeder valve. This is so I can bleed down the t-shirt launcher if I don't want fire it.
