Is it OK to run my barrell like this? Have used two of these same elbows on my bv plinker(pix posted on "greetings from speed balls") they have given me no worries cranking out 200psi.. am I safe? It will be right near my.. hmm eye!

Yeah, that's no problem. Assuming it's steel, it'll handle anything you can chuck at it. 800 psi is no concern.

Its a brass gas fitting. Rated at 400psi I think. The gas and water sealant I use seems to bond a little better to brass.
