You mean Dyslexia? - My twin has a form of that, but most of the time he's quite good at hiding it (through sheer practise and effort).
By no means are dyslexics "dumb".

If anything, capitalising your "I"s would make your writing seem much better.

I also have the trouble of putting ideas on paper - my badly done scrawls never makes sense.

Back to the subject, it depends how complex you want to go.

This is a good (complete, and step-by-step) article on UKSGC, but you'll need to register to read it (it's in a members only section):
http://www.uksgc.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=282

That particular cannon is fairly complex, but it's powerful, and best of all, it's UK specific.

frankrede: Well then I guess it won't matter when you decide to drink bleach because your out of kool-aid.
...I'm sorry, but that made my year.

Hmm, £50 is pinching it a little tight. It'll be hard to build anything really good for that cost.

It would be possible to create a simple copper ball valve cannon - using a spring on the ball valve to help open it quicker perhaps...

What copper pipe sizes do you have at the moment?

BULL!! I have one of them Chinese airguns and it works fine. The gun’s not the problem; it’s the loose nut loose nut on the trigger.
Just kidding man, It takes a lot of skill to shoot a springer.

Springers are by no means a poor air rifle. It'd probably be my first choice when buying (probably because I'm too cheap to buy CO2 cartridges).

At 20 yards or so, I can fairly reliably put 5 (out of 5) rounds within a 1 cm circle with a springer. That's with very little experience - I don't use air rifles very often.

If I could be bothered to take the time out from spudding to practise with an air rifle, I could go competition level fairly easily (I'm told.)
