i modded a 3/4 sprink and i have to use a ball valve in front of it to make it seal. the problem is that it doesnt seal compleatly. it lets air out the barel slowly and i can only get a shot off if I work quickly.

And did you take the selonid off of it and seal it?

i left the solenoid on cause i dont have any epoxie on hand.

Take it apart and clean the diaphragm. Put some heavy grease on top of the diaphragm to weight it down.

you need to epoxy up the solenoid hole at the top. That is, assuming that you are planing to modd it.

Could be something on the diaphram, take it apart and check both sides of it, then lube it.
